The terms and conditions governing your use of the Conzento Global platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Conzento Global website at conzento.ai ("the Website") and any associated services, software, or platforms ("the Services") provided by Reddot Digital Co., Ltd. ("Conzento," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Service Description
Conzento Global provides an AI-powered data governance and privacy compliance platform designed to help organizations comply with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable data protection regulations. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Data catalog and data lineage management
- PDPA consent management and cookie consent management
- Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) automation
- Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) generation
- Data quality monitoring and reporting
- On-premise sovereign AI deployment with Thai NLP capabilities
- AI guardrails and PII masking
- Compliance reporting and audit trail management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Registration
Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 User Responsibilities
- You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload or process through the Services
- You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- You must promptly notify us of any changes to your account information
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Website or Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights
- Upload, transmit, or process any data that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other user accounts, or related systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or related infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services
- Use the Services to build a competing product or service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without our prior written consent
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Services
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Website, Services, and all associated content, including but not limited to software, algorithms, AI models, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Reddot Digital Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Thai and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload, submit, or process through the Services ("Your Data"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We will not access, use, or disclose Your Data except as necessary to deliver the Services, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.
5.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without obligation to you.
6. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For enterprise customers, specific service level agreements (SLAs) including uptime guarantees, response times, and support commitments may be set forth in a separate service agreement.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Services may require payment of fees as described in your service agreement or order form. Unless otherwise specified:
- All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated
- Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement
- We may change our fees upon 30 days written notice
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Thai law, whichever is lower
- We may suspend access to the Services for accounts with overdue payments
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to treat as confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services ("Confidential Information"). Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than performing obligations under these Terms, except:
- With the prior written consent of the disclosing party
- To the extent required by applicable law, regulation, or court order
- To employees, contractors, or advisors who have a need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law:
- The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
- We do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Thai law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reddot Digital Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Website or Services in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Any data you upload, process, or transmit through the Services
- Your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account and stop using the Services at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
- You breach these Terms or any applicable service agreement
- You fail to pay applicable fees within the specified payment terms
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory order
- We reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a security risk
- We decide to discontinue the Services (with reasonable prior notice)
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we will make Your Data available for export for a period of 30 days, after which we will securely delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue to apply.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The PDPA and other applicable Thai data protection regulations shall apply to all data processing activities.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Samut Prakan Province, Thailand, or the Civil Court of Thailand in Bangkok.
12.3 Arbitration Option
For enterprise customers, disputes may alternatively be resolved through arbitration administered by the Thailand Arbitration Institute (TAI) under its rules, conducted in Bangkok, Thailand. The language of arbitration shall be Thai or English, as agreed by the parties.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Conzento regarding the Services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
- Notices: All notices under these Terms shall be sent by email to the address associated with your account or to [email protected] for notices to us.
- Language: These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
- Post a prominent notice on our Website
- Notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect
- For existing service agreements, changes will apply upon renewal unless otherwise agreed
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
